2. Legal Compliance and Customer Responsibility

• Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and use of products comply with the laws of their jurisdiction. King Speciosa does not guarantee legal compliance in regions outside  the Netherlands.
• By purchasing from King Speciosa, customers acknowledge that all products are for external use only and not intended for consumption. Any misuse, including preparation for consumption, is strictly prohibited and done at the customer’s own risk.
• King Speciosa reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders from individuals found to be misusing products or in violation of local laws.

3. Limitation of Liability

• King Speciosa is not liable for any damages, personal injuries, or legal consequences arising from the misuse of products, including consumption or preparation for consumption.
• Customers agree to indemnify and hold King Speciosa harmless from any claims or liabilities resulting from misuse.
• Products must be stored safely and out of reach of minors.
• King Speciosa is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by Force Majeure, including regulatory changes, natural disasters, labor disputes, or supplier disruptions.

4. Purchase Policy

• Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase from King Speciosa. The company reserves the right to request proof of age or deny orders that do not meet this requirement.
• An order confirmation will be sent to the customer’s email address upon completion of the purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the details and report any errors to co*****@**********sa.eu immediately.

5. Delivery Policy

• Our normal delivery times are 1–7 days, depending on the chosen shipping method and destination. We offer:

  • DHL Express: 1–2 business days

  • PostNL: 1–7 business days

• Delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors are beyond the company’s control. Customers experiencing delays should contact co*****@**********sa.eu.
• King Speciosa does not accept responsibility for items delayed or seized due to local customs regulations.

6. Pricing

• All prices in the store are stated in EUR and include 21% VAT by default. The applicable VAT rate will be calculated based on the customer’s country of residence in accordance with EU VAT regulations. For orders placed outside the EU, no VAT will be charged.
• King Speciosa reserves the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, typographical errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the date of delivery.

7.1 Process for Withdrawal:

• Notify co*****@**********sa.eu with your name, order number, and details of the items to be returned.
• Return the items in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of notification. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds may be reduced for used or damaged items.

7.2 Exceptions to Withdrawal:

• Products sealed for hygiene or health reasons cannot be returned once opened.
• Custom-made or perishable items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

8. Claims and Complaints

• Customers must inspect items upon delivery. Any defects or errors must be reported to co*****@**********sa.eu immediately, including supporting photos or details.
• King Speciosa will provide a replacement, refund, or repair for defective items in accordance with consumer protection laws. The company covers return shipping costs for approved complaints.

9. Product Information

King Speciosa strives for accuracy in product descriptions and images. However, variations in color or appearance due to screen settings or supplier changes may occur.

10. Legal Disclaimer on Health and Safety

• All products are for external use only and not intended for consumption. Misuse of products, including consumption, may pose health risks.
• King Speciosa explicitly disclaims responsibility for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of products.

13. Dispute Resolution

• In case a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to De Geschillencommissie (The Dutch Disputes Committee), see www.degeschillencommissie.nl. For residents of an EU country other than the Netherlands, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission’s platform for dispute resolution, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
• In the event of a dispute, we will comply with decisions made by De Geschillencommissie or other equivalent dispute resolution bodies.
• Any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Dutch law and legislation.
